About EYalla
EYalla is a Kuwait-built commerce platform for merchants who want a serious online presence without the operational overhead of building one from scratch.
What We Do
We provide a single subscription that gives a merchant everything needed to run an online business in Kuwait and the wider GCC (Future Phase):
- A branded storefront in both Arabic and English, with right-to-left polish from day one.
- A point-of-sale terminal for in-person sales that ties into the same inventory as the online store.
- Local payment gateways — already integrated, with KNET, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay handled out of the box.
- Last-mile delivery integrations with carriers operating in the GCC.
- Built-in marketing tools — campaigns, abandoned-cart recovery, loyalty, reviews, push notifications.
- An AI assistant (" Azoz AI™ ") that helps with product copy, customer messages, and operational tasks, billed transparently per token at a fair multiple of provider cost.
Why We Built It
Most commerce platforms aren't built for Kuwait. They assume the dollar, assume English left-to-right layout, assume Western payment rails, and bolt Arabic on as an afterthought. The result, for a Kuwaiti merchant, is a tool that almost works — close enough to be tempting, far enough away to bleed time on workarounds.
EYalla starts from Kuwait. The pricing is in dinars. The first language is whichever the merchant chooses. The payments work with the gateways that licensed Kuwaiti banks already trust. The compliance posture follows Kuwaiti law — Law No. 10 of 2026 Regarding the Regulation of the Digital Commerce Sector, Electronic Transactions Law No. 20 of 2014, Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, and the CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation.
How We Work
We're a small team. We ship quickly because we believe a focused tool, well-built, will outperform a sprawling one cobbled together. Every feature is mobile-first because most shoppers in this market live on their phones. Every screen is bilingual because the merchant's customer base is.
The platform is hosted in the European Union for performance and security, with strict data-protection contracts in place for any data that leaves Kuwait.
What We Don't Do
We don't sell your data. We don't train AI models on your customers. We don't lock you into a proprietary export format — you can take your data and go at any time. We don't sell the platform to merchants who deal in goods that are illegal in Kuwait, and we don't enable practices that breach Kuwaiti consumer-protection rules.
